143rd. Stuffed Chard Rolls

Menu:
1) Tossed Green Salad
2) Chard rolls stuffed with brown rice, pine nuts, and herbs simmered in a lemon/tomato sauce
3) Grilled tempeh, red peppers, and onions with homemade salsa verde

Dinner. First harvest of the season.
