1) Hot pot in which carrots, red pepper, tofu, napa cabbage, spinach, five types of mushrooms (shiitake, mushroom, oyster, straw, and abalone), baby corn, water chestnut, dumplings, and baby bok choy were submerged. Eaten with bean-thread noodles, special sauce, and an assortment of other sauces.

The Vegan Supper Club is a non-profit, non-hierarchical organization that meets in Blacksburg, VA on a weekly basis to celebrate food and friendship. The club only has two rules. 1) Only animal-free food items. 2) No sex talk during dinner. The Vegan Supper Club is composed of a mosaic of distinguished citizens with diverse and rich backgrounds and the admission process for new members is highly selective.
