1) Salad (Greenstar's salad mix, arugula, avocado, red pepper, sauerkraut, pumpkin seeds, quinoa, corn chips tossed with a dressing made with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, tamari, ground sunflower seeds, tahini, nutritional yeast, black pepper and a splash of homemade kombucha)
2) Braised spinach (with garlic and ginger, in tamari, and with pan-browned sesame seeds)
3) Sweet potato soup (onions, ginger, garlic, sweet potato, apple, green peas, coconut milk, miso, chopped peanuts, cilantro)
4) Velvet Chocolate Ice Cream
