1) Hot pot

Ingredients:

Enoki mushrooms
Shiitake mushrooms
Homegrown sun-dried tomatoes
Yu-choy tips
Baby bok choy
Carrots
Cauliflower
Tempeh
Bean-thead noodles
Dumplings
Napa cabbage

Simmered in vegetable broth spiked with sliced ginger

Sauces:

Secret sauce (tamari, green onions, minced ginger in sizzling peanut oil)
Black bean sauce
Hoisin sauce
Chili Oil
Sriracha
