Menu:
1) Chickpea pancakes with chimichurri
2) Red lentil curry with carrots, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes
3) Sourdough bread and avocado butter
4) Oranges
The Vegan Supper Club is a non-profit, non-hierarchical organization that meets in Blacksburg, VA on a weekly basis to celebrate food and friendship. The club only has two rules. 1) Only animal-free food items. 2) No sex talk during dinner. The Vegan Supper Club is composed of a mosaic of distinguished citizens with diverse and rich backgrounds and the admission process for new members is highly selective.
