G and R cooked resurrection enchiladas: corn shells smothered in homemade salsa verde, tofu, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, black beans, cashew cream with smoked paprika, refried beans, and spanish rice. We also drank amaretto sours and ate ODB cookies
